Employees are unwilling for any change because they don’t want to waste their energy but they are supportive in any way. If there is any evidence of positivity, they can take the change to be granted. This is short-term wins by solving atleast one problem so that more and more problems could be solved – if cost is saved atleast for one product, it becomes an evidence; then other employees can step for minimizing costs for other products.
