The H&R Block Emerald Advance® credit extension ("Emerald Advance™") is an open-end credit extension gave by Axos Bank™ (the "Bank"), Member FDIC. In the event that a contention exists between this Agreement and the Emerald Card Cardholder Agreement or different terms and states of your Card Account, this Agreement controls.
