PV = nRT

P = nRT/ V

so at constant volume and temperature

pressure is directly proportional to number of moles

so higher the numer of moles , higher the pressure of the gas

moles of He = 5 g/ (4 g/mol) = 1.25 mol

moles of O2 = 5 g / ( 32 g/mol) = 0.156 mol

here

He has more number of moles

so

He has the higher pressure

the answer is B) He
