As it is balloon, so number of moles in it should be constant.
Option (C) and (D) are incorrect.

Room temperature is around (273+25) K
and temperature of liquid nitrogen is 77 K
Therefore, the temperature of balloon will also decrease.
(E) is incorrect.

Aplly the ideal gas equation as follows:
PV=nRT
Here, P, n, R are constant.
Then V = KT
So, with the decrease in the temperature of balloon, it's volume should also decrease.
(A) is incorrect.

(B) is correct.
