A. Holly must surely have dislocated or fractured her arm, we should immobilise Holly's arm immediately and show it to emergency as soon as possible, also an ice pack could be applied to the swollen area to reduce pain and inflammation.

B. We should immediately wash the are and clean water, apply ice pack and seek medical help as soon as possible in order to prevent from life threatening condition such as anaphylactic shock.

C. Jose should immediately clean the scrapes with clean water, stop the bleeding by applying pressure in the area, apply antiseptic ointment and show it in the emergency and also get a tetanus shot.
