In large company who operates plenty of units will effectively control their activities by proper delegation of authority.

Leadership lies with all part & levels in any organizations.In case of day-to-day activities, leadership will be taken care by lower level management like Head of Section and Team Members. In term of Long Term Planning or Activity which makes impact on companies image, monetary aspect,shareholders value,etc., will be overview by Top Management.

General Organizing of Business is as follows:

High Impact (Strategic Planning) - Top Management.

Medium Impact (Process change/ Improvement) - Middle Management.

Low Impact (monitoring day-to-day activities) - Lower Management.

These are the general organization structure of any large organization.
