Classification - Proton-pump Inhibitor

Dose - It available in 10mg, 20mg, 40mg tablet and also in injection form

Route - Oral and Intravenous

Indication - GERD, Gastritis, Esophagitis

Contraindication - Pregnancy(Not clear), Breastfeeding, Allergy, Diarrhoea

Drug Interaction - Clopidogrel, Amoxicillin, Methotrexate, Clarithromycin

Side effects - Vomiting, Nausea, diarrhea, headache, Constipation, Abdominal pain

Severe side effects are rare, it Includes
