2)Most adults spend their greatest proportion of energy in the basal metabolism .It is the energy spent during rest.

3)Water constitutes nearly 60% of body weight because it is present in skin ,bones,lungs,kidney ,brain heart in a major quantity

4)Aerobic exercises like walking will build strength of legs

5) After continuous fasting when all the energy are used down, ketosis happen ,where liver produces ketone bodies and brain can use it as a fuel.
