Answer: The dying process involves many changes in the life. There could be various patterns such as a person who is about to die starts showing symptoms such as loss of Appetite, weakness, edema, increased swelling and sometimes breathing inability. The patient starts to goes in an unconscious state and loses his ability to think normally or make decisions.

Patient feel uncomfortable whereas the it impact on the family members. The family members feels the grief and pain of losing their loved ones. It is important to console them as by providing sympathy, gestural behaviour, by providing counselling and relief. One can provide spiritual competence environment to the patient as well as their family members to reduce the pain and stress.
