Third statement is not true because IS systems can be Outsourced to any BPO. Even though it is Outsourced it could be effectively implemented in many areas with little involvement of organisation management.

IS plays really a important role in both small and large entities it made processes easier, effective and economical

IS is mostly intended to Internal Processes like data storing, Day to day transactions processing,Controlling work flow etc.

Obviously without understanding the entity's IS ,We cannot increase our productivity. One should understand the entity's IS in order to increase productivity.

Hence third statement is not true.
