Length of the solenoid L = 32 cm or   L = 0.32 m

Magnetic field B = 0.50 T

Maximum Current  I = 4.1 A

Now,

The Magnetic field in the current carrying solenoid is given by

B = \frac{\mu_o N I}{L}

by plugging all the values we get

0.50T = \frac{(4 \pi \times 10^{-7}) N (4.1A)}{0.32m}

which gives us

\boxed{N = 31054 \text{ Turns}}
