Electric field inside a conductor is zero.

Electric field is given by, E = k*Q/R^2

Now in conductors total charge Q will be on the surface, So inside the conductor, Q = 0

which means E = 0 N/C

Option C is wrong

Relation between Electric force and Electric field is given by:

Fe = q*E

Fe = electric force

q = charge in electric field

E = Electric field

So we can see that they are not identical to each other.

Option D is wrong.
