Best methods to distinguish would be IR and 1H NMR.

IR analysis - In case of 2-propanol a broad peak can be seen in the region between 3200- 3500 cm-1 which will appear due to the O-H stretching frequency. For acetone the same frequency will not be observed, however a distinguishing frequency 1670-1820 can be observed which appears due to C=O stretching frequency.

1H NMR- In case of 2-propanol there will be three singals in the spectrum, one for two identical CH3, one for CH and one for OH. In case of acetone only one signal will be observed due to two identical CH3.
