Variable Cost Per unit = $95020/38000 =$2.5
Contribution Margin Per Unit = Sales price - variable cost per unit
= $5-2.5 2.500526
= $2.5per unit
Break-even Point In Unit = Fixed Cost/ Contribution Margin Per Unit
= $45380/2.5
=18152 units

12) Total Cost = Average Cost * Total Units
=$100*18
=$1800
Total Cost = Total Variable Cost - Total Fixed Cost
