The main difference between Electrical health record(EHR) and Clinical Data Warehouse(CDW) is Data from EHR, Radiology, Pathology, administrative and etc are collected into CDW.

The electrical health record is to collect data in a systematic manner, it is like a digital format of the patient's record. It can give real-time data and its very easy to access and store.

Clinical Data Warehouse collect and consolidate patient data from various sources like pathology, radiology, etc. CDW present a unique view of a single patient data for easy analysis and interpretation.

Answer - b. Data from EHR, Radiology, Pathology, administrative and etc are collected into CDW.
