1. phenytoin : an anti epileptic drug works by slowing down impulses in the brain that cause seizures

warfarin : an anti coagulant

interaction : one of the side effect of phenytoin is bleeding and the action of warf is to prevent clotting. so when these drugs are taken along, there is high chance to have bleeding

promethazine: it prevents nausea and vomiting.

its mainly given to prevent the side effects of phrnytoin

demerol: an opioid analgesic

2. the main side effect of OTC products are nausea, dizziness and bleeding. when its taken along with the above said drugs, it will increase the risk of bleeding and stimulates the side effects of anti epileptics

3. side effects

phenytoin: nausea, vomiting, constipation, dizziness, swelling and bleeding gums, drowsiness

warfarin: bleeding, red urine, haemoptysis, joint pain ,vision changes

demerol: respiratory depression , hypotension, seizures, mood changes, biliary tract spasm
