1) Hydrogen. Hydrogen exist as diatomic in nature and have small size thus weakest vanderwaal interaction between them hence it is most ideally.

2) Carbon tetrachloride. Because it contain most atoms and have most vanderwaal interaction thus it is least ideal.

3) hydrogen. Because of its small size it move faster and have high average velocity.

4) All gases have same average kinetic energy because kinetic energy depends on temperature and since temperature is constant hence average kinetic energy is same.
