You report should be one page double-spaced and include the details as observations/examples of material we have covered in the course, your ideas for improvement in the programs/services, examples of mental health diagnoses prevalent in the setting. summarization of interview with staff member at the setting (What type of degree do you have to have to work here? What are common mental health issues you deal with? What would you like the public to know regarding your site? Do you enjoy working here?, etc

Mental health services:

We directly involved with the services bto Patient..it is a primary care setting they divided each cases seperately..we assess the person to make out the symptoms..we provided counseling and medication and we involved in psycho- Education,crisis intervention..we made collaboration with psychosocial therapist,case managers, psychologist, support therapist etc..we used cultural competence to provide skillful service.. inbetween there will be daily Education and training session for professional about crisis intervention, Patient symptoms, and it's treatment, safety measures etc..we have gone through with counseling program also..

Solutions to improve mental health care needs support from stakeholders and there is lack of economic and political issues yet to be solved..we have to increase Prevention incase of suicidal case, improvement in treatment,recovery service like providing housing,employment..Avoid disparities it will impact the quality of care..we have to expand safe, effective,coordination on workforce competencies..it can include Evidence--based clinical motivation, intervention strategies, technology improvement, public education, counseling etc..

As a nurse we must complete our registered nursing course or equal to that with 1-2 years experience in respective field..we have seen type of mental health issues like anxiety disorder, mood disorder,depression, drug addictions, personality disorder, post traumatic stress disorder..I have really enjoyed working here with different work experience..CDC and local public health organization support is must to improve communities for symptoms and effects of mental health..need social media and government programs to make increase awareness among people regarding suicidal prevention and support for elders mental health and their protection..
