The regular scheduled healthcare visits can be helpful in the following way

  • Can track the child's growth and development
  • Identify any infection, disease in early and initiate treatment
  • To get vaccinated against infectious diseases
  • The cognitive development, behavior of the child can be assessed as they grow
  • They actively take part to learn new things and have a curiosity

The programs can help the families to use medical home to get the better patient care,quality care,cost effective, can analyze the signs and and symptoms earlier and get treated, easily accessible ,they coordinate the data between the healthcare organization to provide a quality care.
