ANSWER.

* When there is a need of giving anesthesia to upper left quadrant for dental procedures

   use Maxillary anesthesia.

* In this local anesthesia technique the anesthetic injection deposited at the buccal side of the

   alveolus and can enter into the thin cortical plate of maxilla by diffusion.

* From the maxillar area it enter into pulp of the tooth present in the upper left quadrant and produce

proper anesthesia effect.
