Ans 5.

  • Healthy people can firstly, join together to tell the importance of being healthy. Healthy lifestyle not only brings one's own fitness but also somehow contribute to other's fitness. We take the example of a party being organised. Instead of including all kinds of junk and processed food, the menu should give space to healthy and nutritious food and avoiding packed and processed food items. This can be beneficial for large group of people and can also suggest major long term goals to achieve a healthy and non-obese lifestyle.
  • Healthy people can suggest methods and can differentiate the advantages and disadvantages of obesity. They can help in spreading awareness about obesity among others. They can tell their daily routine and daily balanced diet so as to make people aware who do not know what to opt for a healthy lifestyle and how they can avoid practices that are leading to obesity. They shall be able to relate their life examples with others and spread a good message.

Ans 6 .

  • Healthy people are relevant because they can mention their actual life instances and share knowledge with others. Sometimes people can be quite influenced by those people who are actually setting major examples of how they have conquered obesity.
  • Healthy people can be beneficial for others in spreading various strategies to fight obesity. Let us take examples of our film industries, there are many actors who are inspiring others by sharing their life journeys of how they opted a healthy lifestyle and their life-changing stories of losing weight.

Ans 7 .

  • Most people are dragged into smoking this is because of peer pressure. So there is thus an urgent need to change the mentality of people. Bringing about behavioral changes can lead to less smoking cases around the campus.
  • Smoking leads to addiction. At first, nicotine improves mood and makes us relaxed by reducing anger and stress but its regular usage can be fatal. This can lead to dangerous nicotine withdrawal symptoms.
  • Smoking can affect relationships and friendships
  • Smoking impairs sense of taste and smell.
  • Prolonged smoking can lead to mental disorders.
