1. This is a simple future value of an annuity question. The formula used in excel is shown in the below image.

8.97% -RATE(43,-4000,,1750000,0) Here, 43 are the number of periods 4000 is the payment done in each period 1750000 is the required future value 0 means payment done at the end of each period
