Mental health is a challenging part of medical field where continuous study and research are in progress to get a better outcome and improve the health of the patients and improve quality of life.It is a collective method of progresssion measures .There are various measures of association used to study mental health. One such measure is the association of mental illness versus physical illness.A Many-Facet Rasch Measurement model was used here. The results of this showed some evidence on effects of block order and accuracy on latency measurement, there was a differential function of specific stimuli,a latency measurement existed between the mental illness and physical illness.
