  1. One to one opportunity with employees involve cross functional collaboration between departments and teams through case studies and role plays for team building.
  2. Changing marital and ethnicity has lead to large scale economic impacts like removal of gender discrimination, minimum wage payments, equal employment opportunities which all have added to economic cost for firms and the nation as whole.
  3. Complaints depend upon person's behaviour and way of handling issues or conflicts. Generally people complain about others if the person has something differentiating behaviour or people may complain about the person they talk to. Usually about managing style or behaviour.
  4. One must ask feedback frequently to assess needs and preferences of customers and to know pulse of market trends. This saves marketing costs and helps in customer retention and customer satisfaction.
  5. Tracking progress is utmost important to assure the success of project and what needs to be achieved. It gives good feedback and helps optimise the efforts one put in. Moreover helps in effective planning and development and reduce operational costs and lawsuit costs in organisation
  6. Acrions such as no common ground on any discussion oftenly leads to closure. Sometimes when unanimous decisions are taken as in board meeting which can also be prime reason to close discussion.
