In today's world, there are many health problems which are burden on the government to tackle. Amongst such issues, one is HIV/AIDS,which has increased dramatically worldwide. On the other hand, on comparison with developed countries the incidence rate is higher in less developed countries.

1) In less developed countries, there are many factors which hinders the prevention programme which are as follows;

- Societal structure: male dominated societies play a major role in creating hindrance because women are not given importance.

- Economical instability can lead to poor financial to implement such prevention programs

- Social norms can make the programme ineffective like thinking HIV/AIDS as social stigma which keep Infected people away from the society

- Illiteracy also keep the people unaware and isolated from the information world.

2) Potential Impact on Family and Community

Family :

- lack of acceptance in family

- chances of losing family life

- emotional turmoil between patient and family members

- financial instability for continuing treatment

- chances of spreading infection among other family members

Community:

- control on the spread of infection can be difficult if there is lack of tracking system

- financial crisis to support the prevention programs

3) Breast feeding babies is a crucial factor on the health of the child both on psychological ND physical health aspects. Any interruptions in the breast feeding can hamper the child's health on a longer run. Unfortunately, Infected mothers with HIV can transmit the infections during breast feeding but the chances may differ depending on the severity of the infections. As per World Health Organisations recommendations for prevention of mother to child transmission following strategies are advised;

- to avoid breastfeed with other feeding substitutes like commercial infant formula, home modified animal milk, heated breast milk.

- exclusive breast milk and don't mix up breastfeeding and commercial feeds

- Wet nursing, breast feeding by HIV negative women
