1.STOP cigarette smoking

2. Manage the weights with diet and exercise to bring the body weight to normal.

3. Maintain a low fat diet

4. Keep a track on the cholesterol levels as well as BP values.

What does the cardiac workup consist of? List 3.

The cardiac work up includes,

1. History and physical examination to find out the cardiac health history of the client as well as to find any changes in pulse rate, cardiac sounds like murmurs and blood pressure.

2.Blood tests for elevated cholesterol levels and cardiac enzymes .

3. Diagnostic evaluation s like ECG, echocardiogram and stress test.

What are potential complications for this client? List 3

The potential complications for the client include,

1. Myocardial infarction due to obesity, dyslipidemia and smoking

2. Stroke due to obesity, high BP , dyslipidemia and smoking

3. Diabetes mellitus type 2 due to Obesity.
