standard deviation (sigma) = 3.7

Given that, 2.7 < z

We know,

Z =rac { X - mu}{sigma}

=> X = Z sigma + mu

> X (2.7 * 3.7) + 28.6

X-9.99 + 28.6

> X-38, 59

Therefore,

2.7 < z

=> 38.59 < x

=> x > 38.59
