I am taking an example of a multispeciality hospital in my city : American hospital.

The services they provide to ensure a positive patient provider relation, health inequity, and positive health outcome are based on a well trained and skilled staff. The staff members are professionally compitent and work in a effectively proficient manner. They have created different divisions to ensure that the patient and caregivers can easily identify the division they want to go to and the work can be done in simple and smooth manner.

The measures they take to achieve positive outcomes through healthcare services include :

1. Skilled team members that work in a well coordinated manner

2. Hiring of proficient and expert employees

3. Ensuring a proper flow of information among the employees of the hospital

4. Encouraging clear and effective communication between the patient, family members, caregivers and the hospital team

5. Ensuring proper time management and that the doctors appointments and other schedules run on time.

6. Easy payment and billing structure and insurance processes for easy claims.

7. Maintaining the hospital hygiene and sterile hospital environment to prevent nosocomial infections.

8. Encouraging and motivating the staff to continue performing efficient duties through appraisal and incentives

9. Regular training sessions and seminars for the employees to educate them with ways and techniques to deliver effective medical care and services.

10. Providing the patients with interpretators and care providers when necessary.

11. Regular feedbacks and surveys taken from patients to improve the quality of care.

The hospital can make some changes by increasing the billing counters to avoid long queues. They can also setup the pathology lab in one place for easy sample collections. They can also open small medical centres in different parts of city to increase the patient accesibility.
