This is the two tailed test .

The null and alternative hypothesis is ,

H0 :  \mu = 0.20

Ha : \mu \neq 0.20

Test statistic (z) = 1.13

P-value

= 2 * P(z > 1.13) = 1 - P(z < 1.13)

= 2 * 0.1292

P value = 0.2584‬

P-value > \alpha

Since the P-value is greater than or equal to \alpha = 0.05, do not reject H0
