I will discuss about a Nursing home which has recently been opened and is working so good.

Introduction : -

I interviewed one of the nurses who initiated this nursing home and i interviewed her in the nursing home itself .

The nursing home is situated in the market place which is approachable easily from any routes . It's a three storey building with huge rooms and attached bathroom . People can have private and general wards according to their needs . It's open 24hours . It's fully suppliied with qualified health care professional whose initiative is to prevent before curing. They even provide home based care . The resources used are of good quality . They work in shifts . It's an implementation by three nurses who passed their masters in nursing last year .

The belief and attitude they have is providing holistic care which includes everything physical , social ,mental , spiritual etc because each plays an important component in health. Then only we can cure the patient properly. They provide which is culturally competent and evidence based practices are followed for better care and early discharge .

My belief is also the same that whenever you provide care to a patient it should be whole means it should be an holistic approach .

According to me , they have done a remarkable work which reguire continuous change with new update in practice and knowledge . Otherwise no change is required .
