The concentrated solution is 1:800.

Then it is diluted 1:20 before use.

So amount of the concentrated solution in 250 ml of diluted solution = 250/20 = 12.5 ml

Amount of KMnO4 in 800 ml of the concentrated solution = 1 ml

Amount in 12.5 ml = 12.5/800

Total amount of KMnO4 = 12.5/800 * 4 * 28 = 1.75 ml
