She has been fully recovered for 4 months.

A. what were the causes of frequent ear infection? what was the treatment that had taken ? does the girl complaints about ringing or buzzing in the ears ? does she feels fullness of the ears? is she unusually drowsy ? or complaining about increased thirst ?

B. dosage and frequency of aminoglycoside used, any allergic reactions ? how long the medication was administered

C. apart from ototoxicity associated nephrotoxicity, volume depletion, liver dysfunction, sepsis, renal dysfunction, hypokalemia, hypomagnesemia

plan of action :

assess the hearing status and neurological examination. renne test and webers test. assess vetibulo choclear nerve
