8.The three main symptoms are :

Delusion;: which means they firmly believe in an idea or anything which is not at all true or which does not exist at all...

Hallucination: these are sounds or other sensations experienced as real when they exist only in their mind.

Disorganised speech: this is also one of the major symptom where the person will not have continuity in their speech... neologism can be observed... the person will form his/ her own phrases and meaning...  

Hence these are the three major signs that should be observed...
