Answer #1

Answer : $ 50,000 Decreases

Variable Product Cost per Units = 6+3+2 = $11

Selling Price Per Units (Special Order ) = 15

Normal Selling Price = 20

Since the Special order will reduce the normal Units

Reduction in revenue for with Special order

= 20-15 *(10000) = 50,000 Decreases
