Answer: The four common network security procedures used are:

  • Network Access control : This enables the admin allowing and having control who can Or cannot access the network.
  • Fire wall security: This is a device which trace the outgoing and incoming networks.
  • Security information and event management: This allows the admin to have all the information regarding the security breaches and admin gets alert.
  • Application security: With this method, one can safely assess network.

The role of security officers are :

  1. Monitor the assess of the networks.
  2. Reducing the data breaching.
  3. Providing security by patrolling.
  4. Ensure safe surfing.

The data backup process is maintaining or creating copy of the system data that can be used further when there might problem occurs in the system.

Frequently backing up data reduces the risk of the data loss, hence this will not cause hurdle in our work.
