3. When a charge nurse notices the smell of alcohol in nurse's breath should remove the nurse from the client care area. This action should take first to sava the patients from any unsafe nursing practices. Because she couldn't be in a sound health to provide care to the patient. Then charge nurse has to report to the supervisor.
