Current Ratio = current asset / current liabilities

total current asset on Dec 31, 2017, was 5601257

and total current liabilities on Dec 31, 2017, was 3574170

hence current asset =5601257/3574170 = 1.567

Net Working Capital = current asset - current liabilities

= 5601257 - 3574170 = 2027087

NOTE;

  1. Current Ratio analyses the liquidity of the company. it shows the ability of the company to pay off the short term liabilities of the company
  2. Net Working Capital is the difference between the current asset and the current liabilities o the company
