But the lower skilled LPNs and technician should not extend their practice as it may cause serious problems to the patients. The LPNs have a year course and they need to learn futher for better practice. It is important for all the healthcare professionals to follow standard of practice. The LPNs can not provide accurate diagnosis or the medication. The slight medical error may result in to adverse effects on the patient's health. So, LPNs should not take charge for providing diagnosis or the major treatment in the absence of the physicians.
