76. No healthcare worker should have a relationship with a patient beyond therapeutic relationship. When Ashlynn hears an employee speaking on the intercom to a patient ,she should inform about this to the incharge because this is against the rules of practice and if the conversation is overhead by anyone then it would cause serious impacts on the employee like defamation etc .

77. Ashlynn ,should clearly deny the pharmaceutical representative and should inform him that niether he call back again . Never club personal and professional matters . If it was a patient and Ashlynn has to accept the date then it would result in many complications such as defamation , loss of job if known in the organisation as she has gone beyond the therapeutic relationship .
