ANSWER:

When entering the new foreign market we need to consider whether global forces can cause children to work, thus need to ask: why are these children working. The children work when their potential economic contribution is high, when alternative usages of their time are not productive or valued, or when their economic contribution is vital to the welfare of their family. The demand can influence how children work but it can also influence living standards of their family. The foreign trade usually increases income and child labor falls with increasing income, then a growth in trade must put downward pressure on child labor. But trade likely also raises the relative demand for unskilled labor in developing nations and could thus exert upward pressure on child labor. In my personal view I am against the child labor, however the major factor of child labor is poverty. The international trade climb the local wealth that is being obtained and thus decreases the need for children in families to go to work to help support the household. It can help in ameliorating poverty, reducing schooling expenditure, and improving conditions of schools and subsequent economic opportunities have great potential in declining the child labour.
