Traditionally nursing has been the best career option for women because they perform valuable role in care and comfort of patient. In nursing field, women seem to be more involve in the profession due to the fact that the act of nursing itself is naturally a feminine activity and women are more compassionate and enjoy caring for others comparatively more than men. However, nursing is not only women's job, men are also involved significantly in this profession and doing well in the caring of patients.

Male patients feel more comfortable male nurses for their care and similarly female patients prefers female nurses for their care. But mostly males prefers other field in the healthcare system like doctor, surgeon, diagnostic sector because they are more likely to involve in analytical skills, and females feel more comfortable in nursing job as they are naturally more caring and have pleasant in communication and behavior.
