In every conversation we do whether it's a personal or professional one we should first analyse our audience those who are listening to us . In this analysis some of the major points to be kept in mind are :-

- language used for the conversation

- level of understanding / knowledge of audience

- communication tool that should be used with the audience

- importance of the topic to the audience

All these points are necessary because it's easy to conduct a speech but it's not easy to make it effective. To make it effective all above above mentioned points have to be followed . We should use a language which is understood by the audience ,if we use English and the audience does not understand then it's just a waste , and if we don't know there language use a translator in this case . While conveys a message communication tool is very important aspect ,we should use a two way communication system where audience and spraker should have a interactive session on the topic ,giving their views regarding topic and resolving the confusions if any present . Before we provide a speech or health education to the audience assess the knowledge and level of understanding of the audience and use simple terms and clear words ,explain them in n points than having a long essay because everyone is not educated and we'll knowledgeable . Use of or importance of the topic to the audience plays an important role in attracting more audience towards conversation. Following all these concepts of understanding the audience will help to achieve the purpose of making understand the audience about a topic .
