Also, suggest to them nicely to stop whatever they are doing and speaking immediately. Exactly what they are saying to you and their behavior is your choice. Design your paragraphs to include 1 topic sentence (the first sentence), a minimum of 3 supporting sentences in the body, and 1 concluding sentence at the end. (note, a concluding sentence has the same information as the topic sentence, but uses different words, there is no change in meaning between those 2 sentences) Please mind your grammar, punctuation, spelling and sentence structure. Hi John, I am writing this to let you know that a few of your comments, actions, and the way you are behaving with me is something bothering me.

To start with, yesterday you have yelled me for the broken glass thinking I am negligent while using it. What actually happened there is different. The glass fell down because of Smith and you are not there at the time it happened. The way you yelled at me made me feel embarrassed about something I have not done. You are not supposed to yell at me like the way you did because it is not my fault and you should have asked me what the cause of the accident is. Please stop talking to me in the same tone any further.

Another instance is for the broken mixer. You mistakenly accused me of the breakdown of the mixer. There is no proper maintenance service for the mixer and the load it is handling is far more than its capacity. You have not sent the mixer for replacement with a newer one even after reporting the same. There is nothing I can do for the breakdown of a faulty machine. Therefore, I am suggesting you acknowledge all the facts that lead to the situation before accusing or making somebody responsible for something that happened. Please stop accusing me of something I have not done and I am not responsible for it.
End of the day, we are co-workers and we are spending a good amount of time together here in the store. It will be a great experience for us and work could be fun if we understand each other better. Hope you reconsider how you treat me.
