(27) Here, we have to state two errors with this probability distribution:

Here, in our first random variable "0" it's respective probability is given   12 that can not be possible

because Probabilities always must be lie between 0 and 1. But here it is a negative fraction that lies outside of this range.

Next, error is that the Sum of Total Probabilities must be equal to 1

that means it doesn't follow the laws of probabilities .
