* ' Nutrition is important key factor for health care professionals ' because without proper nutrition and only with the medicine and care clients may not recover early.

* malnutrition and over nutrition are the main problems of people.

* nurses will play main role in clients nutrientional status like primary nutrientional screening, when client admission in to hospital at the time it self nurse screen the clients nutrientional status whether he is malnutrition are over nutrition like that.

* malnutrition may cause some of immunity problems and poor wound healing capacity and all.

* over nutrition may cause some of the diseases like obesity, hypertension and diabetes etc.

* so first nurse will screen clients nutritional status.

* then she should determine the risk persons. By knowing dietary patterns and body mass index etc.

* then she should do the nutritional assessments like whether he is having any problems during in swallowing, chewing, digestion, in metabolism and absorption areas.

* then she should diagnos the nutritional problem of clients.

* according to the she will plan the dietary plan.

* if the client is able to take orally she will give oral soft, and liquid die according to his or her nutrientional requirements.

* she will follow the lab values like hemoglobin levels and albumin and electrolytes like that according to that she will provide nutrientional supplementation to the clients.

* For example for malnutrition children she will plan protein rich diet to improve calory levels and to gain weight of the baby.

* she will monitor the daily weight of the baby to know the improvement levels.

* and monitor the signs and symptoms whether reduced or not according to that nutrientional plan implementations.

* If not met the goals again she will remake the nutritional plans.

* so that she can improve the nutritional status of the clients.

And she helps to improve the health status of clients.
