Nutrion plays a vital role in overall holistic development of an individual in order to maintain the healthy lifestyle. The nutrition for children aims to provide them with best health in order to promote better health and prevent diseases. When children's nutrition is not balanced during their childhood they are prone to the deficiencies and nutrient related diseases were y their life routines are disturbed.
The nutrition needs when available and when child is not able to utilize that is illness. The illness makes the child to start avoiding of foods due to its symptoms of restlessness and fatigue. The other thing is for example if a child is with sickle cell anemia is at nutritional risk as there was no required kcals taken during the acute phase of disease which puts the child's immune system to be suppressed.
Frequent illness makes the child to have low nutrional status and may sometimes become fatal too.
Good nutrition helps a child's brain to work in order and keeps the child active wereby there is positive learning outcome When the nutrition is not sufficient or taken in less or an hungry child will have difficulty in concentration and lack of energy makes the child tired.
