Strategy 1;
If Vitamin B6 dose is very high Stop B6 medication ( for long time usage more than year) as it will lessen the effect of L dopa formed by patient own brain and it will worsen the parkinsons disease symptoms.
Strategy 2:
Research reports that execise improves cognitive funxtions in Parkinsons. So design an appropriate execise module after consulting a physiotherapist.
Strategy 3:
Very recent researches reports that AOT could also lead to the development of cognitibr improvement in parkinsons
Strategy 4 : Use SSRIs class of anridepressants as they are safe for treat8ng depression in parkinsons as well as it has positive effect on motor ability.
Strayegy 5 : Stop Phenothiazine as it worsens Parkinsons symptoms by decreasing the effect of dopamine on the dopamine receptors. This is very important strategy.
