If you are appointed as a official printer for the preparation of official announcement of the FDA report in that case you would be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and secrecy of information and you yourself can not use that information for your own benefit. This comes in the category of insider trading which is illegal act and a punishable offence. Insider trading refers to use of insider information for personal benefit.
