Bag has concentration of 0.9% ns.

If 0.4 mg is infused over 4 hours then for 4 mg 10 hours are required.

4 mg in 50 mL then for 0.4 mg it will be

0.4 x 50 / 4 = 5 ml/hr should be the rate.
