There are three 2 main coronary arteries 1. right coronary artery(RCA) 2. LMCA(Left main coronary artery)

LMCA again divided into two branches 1. LAD 2. LCX

Because the Supine position is needed for CPR and firm, flat surface increases the effectiveness of chest compression.
